Amrit Jal now to be screened at Bulgaria

Port Blair, March 9: Amrit Jal the best film on social message award winning film of Naresh Chander Lal at Nashik International Film Festival 2008 and best jury merit certificate award winning film in the 3rd National Short and Documentary Film Festival 2008 at Karim Nagar (Andhra Pradesh) is now entering in the foreign country at the 8th International Short Film Festival to be held at Bulchik (Bulgaria).
Earlier this film was screened in the international film festivals organised in India but now this is the first time in the history of Andaman & Nicobar islands when an entry has been sent to participate in the foreign country by the producer of the film who is the son of the soil. The film is made on the unique mixed cosmo culture of A&N Islands involving all original real true characters of the islands. For this film Naresh Chander Lal has also been awarded Hon’ble Lt. Governor’s commendation certificate on 15th August 2008.
