Apropos News item : HN Arora Felicitates Utpal Sharma For His Exemplary Achievement In Upgradation of Govt. Polytechnic

Its indeed heartening to learn about the felicitation of Shri Utpal Sharma, Principal. He deserves accolades for his services to A&N Islands, I can say this on the basis of my experience working under him in the erstwhile Govt Polytechnic as LGC. Though for a short period of my career, but I found him to be a perfect team player. Allows free hand for expression of our mind but keeps vigil on us so that we do not deviate from our goal. He leads from the front, yet stands last in the queue when it comes to take credit upon him. He assumes responsibility, makes us feel important and most important motivates us at the right time in the right dose to bring the best in us. His is a perfect Govt Servant, a personality worth emulating, right in front of us; as an example.

I just got benefited exposed to his excellent work culture, for which I am ever indebted to him.
