General Secretary City Congress Committee Resigns, Joins TMC

Port Blair, Aug. 11: The General Secretary of City Congress Committee, Shri Arun Singh Malik has resigned from the post in the Congress party and also from the primary membership of the party. Malik in his resignation letter wrote, I am joining the Trinamool Congress party under the able leadership of Shri Manoranjan Bhakta, Ex. Member of Parliament. I also take this opportunity to join my hands and thank all my colleagues, particularly the senior congress leaders for their love, support and guidance, which they rendered to me since the time I joined Congress.
