Smti Rupa Ray, Incharge Women’s Wing of TMC Visits North & Middle Andaman, Meets Party Supporters PDF Print E-mail

Port Blair, Aug. 20: Smti Rupa Ray, Incharge Women’s Wing of the Andaman & Nicobar Trinamool Congress Committee has left for a tour to the North and Middle Andaman on the 17th Aug. 2010. Smti Ray since then has held meetings with the party supporters and wellwishers in order to prepare for the forthcoming Panchayat Elections. 
 
On 17th Aug. 2010 Smti Rupa Ray visited Kalighat where she called a meeting of the villagers of Kalighat and Rampur Villagers. On 18th August 2010, the Incharge Women’s Wing visited Ariel Bay, Kalipur, Sita Nagar, R.K. Gram and Laxmipur where she had meetings with the party workers and supporters. 
 
On 19th Aug. 2010 Smti Ray visited Kishori Nager and Ram Nagar in the evening. She then held a meeting with the panchayat members of Radhanagar Gram Panchayat where around 600 party supporters were present. 
 
Among the local leaders who attended and addressed the meetings along with Smti Ray were Shri Niranjan Baroi, Shri Rebati Biswas, Shri Dilip Das, Shri Sunil Baroi, Shri Sishu, Shri Dulal Biswas, Shri Shankar Das, Smti Sunita Haldar, Shri Seema Majhi, Shri Shyamal Gharam and Smti Chaaya Mondal. 
 
The Incharge Women’s Wing of TMC will be leaving for Mayabunder tomorrow, where she will be organizing meeting of the newly formed Trinamool Congress party along with the supporters and well wishers of the party.
