Bishnu Invites Hon’ble Speaker to Visit Islands

Port Blair, Aug. 25: The Hob’ble Member of Parliament Shri Bishnu Pada Ray extended formal invitation to Smti Meera Kumar, Hon’ble Speaker, Lok Sabha, to pay a visit to these Islands along with her team.
In his request letter Ray said, that the Islanders gratefully remember her last visit to these Islands when the Tsunami destroyed everything here, and the kind initiative she took to extend relief and lively hood measure to the Tsunami affected Islanders. The A&N Administration and the Islanders are happy to welcome to the Hon’ble Speaker in these Islands as she extended sympathetic views and blessings for raising the Islands issues in the Parliament.
The Hon’ble Lt. Governor, A & N Islands also extended his invitation for the said visit.
