Port Blair, Sept. 3: Shri Manoranjan Bhakta, Ex. Member of Parliament and President Andaman & Nicobar Territorial Trinamool Congress Committee has congratulated Shri Anil Mondal of Chainpur Ward No. 1 for being unanimously elected as Panchayat Member of Chainpur Gram Panchayat in the Panchayat Elections 2010.
The President has also congratulated the villagers of Chainpur and Pahalgaon for electing Shri Anil Mondal as the first victorious candidate of Trinamool Congress, Andaman & Nicobar Islands.
