Training to Presiding Officers, Polling Officers, counting staff PDF Print E-mail

Port Blair, Sept. 6: It is for the information of all concerned that training to the Presiding Officers and Polling Officers of Port Blair Municipal Council, Panchayats of Ferrargunj Tehsil and the Panchayats of Port Blair Rural area shall be imparted in the Dr. Ambedkar Auditorium, Port Blair, as per the following schedule:- 
 
1. 09.09.2010 from 0900 hours onwards for Presiding Officers, Polling Officers and counting staff of Port Blair Municipal Council. 
 
2. 10.09.2010 from 0830 hours onwards for the Presiding Officers, Polling Officers and Counting staff of Panchayats of Port Blair Rural area Constituencies. 
 
3. 13.09.2010 from 0830 hours for Presiding Officers, Polling Officers Counting staff of Ferrargunj Tehsil constituencies. 
 
The training to the Counting staff of PBMC and Panchayats of the concerned area will be imparted on the same dates as mentioned above soon after the training of Presiding Officers and Polling Officers are over and hence, Officials on counting duty only are required to attend at 1100 hours on the allotted dates. 
 
All the Presiding Officers, Polling Officers and Counting staff of PBMC and Panchayats of Port Blair Rural area and Ferrargunj including Reserve Officers are therefore requested to attend the training positively.
