Port Blair, Jan. 19: The following officials have been appointed for the purpose of settling claims and objections of the information published after the completion of Enumeration in "The draft list of information" on the Socio-Economic & Caste Census - 2011 in the UT of A & N Islands.
Claims/Objections for Urban Area of Port Blair:
1. Designation of Officer: Junior Engineer (Works) of the respective ward falling under his jurisdiction
Purpose: Accepting Claims/ Objections
2. Designation of Officer: Assistant Engineer (Planning) Port Blair Municipal Council. Purpose: Disposing of claims/ objections
3. Assistant Commissioner (HQ) of South Andaman District. Purpose: Appeal for persons not satisfied with the decisions of claim/objection.
